CL Seven, Inc. (CL7) is a referral and service quality organization (RASQO), providing long term care planning and management services in the community, at a grass roots level. It is the belief of CL7 that these areas are critical to successful aging-in-place and quality of life for seniors.

Mission: Serving our seniors and ensuring that their caregivers are equipped with the necessary resources to protect their safety, and assist them in attaining or maintaining their highest practicable level of physical and psychosocial well-being as they age-in-place.

Vision: We will provide individualized long term care solutions for caregivers that promote quality of life

Goal: We will utilize a data-driven, proactive approach to improving the quality of life, care, and services for individuals desiring to age-in-place.
